What began as a passion-driven initiative among students of Banaras Hindu University—founded by Shola Patel and led by Sitesh Kumar—has grown into a trusted creative partner for individuals, businesses, and organizations across India. By placing an order with Graphipa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
No Cancellations: Once the order is confirmed and payment (full or partial, as applicable) is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as the design process starts immediately.
2. Payment Policy
Orders up to ₹199:
Full payment is mandatory in advance to confirm the order.
Orders above ₹199:
A minimum of 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order and initiate work. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before the final files are delivered.
Refund Policy (Applicable only for orders above ₹199):
If the client does not like the first design draft and chooses not to proceed further, a refund of the advance amount may be issued after deducting processing/design effort charges, at Graphipa’s discretion.
If the client requests changes or corrections, it will be considered acceptance of the design process.
After revisions are made, if the client still does not like the design, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
No refunds are applicable for orders of ₹199 or below.
All payments must be made via the provided UPI ID / QR code only.
3. Revisions Policy
Minor Revisions (One Time Only): One round of minor corrections (such as text alignment, color adjustment, or small edits) is included free of cost.
Major Changes / Multiple Revisions: Any redesign, concept change, or repeated revisions will be charged additionally, and charges will be communicated before proceeding.
4. Clear Instructions Responsibility
Clients must provide complete and clear details (content, dimensions, colors, language, references, platform usage, etc.) at the time of placing the order. Delays or errors caused due to incomplete, unclear, or changed instructions will not be the responsibility of Graphipa.
5. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery: 1–2 working days, depending on the design type. Complex or bulk projects may require additional time, which will be informed in advance. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to workload or client-side delays.
6. Urgent / Same-Day Delivery
Urgent or same-day delivery must be requested before placing the order. Such requests may involve additional charges and are subject to availability.
7. Design Approval & Responsibility
Once the client approves a design, Graphipa will not be responsible for any future changes, mistakes, or dissatisfaction arising later. Clients are advised to carefully review all content (spellings, numbers, names, dates, etc.) before approval.
8. Ownership, Usage Rights & Source Files
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client shall be provided with the final approved design files in standard digital formats such as JPG, PNG, PPTX, MP4, GIF, or PDF, suitable for direct use.
The Client is granted the right to use the final delivered design solely for its intended personal or commercial purposes.
Editable / source files, including but not limited to PSD, CDR, AI, Canva links, or any other working or editable format, are not included by default and remain the exclusive property of Graphipa.
The decision to share or withhold any editable or source files rests entirely and solely with Graphipa, at its absolute discretion. Source files shall be released only if Graphipa expressly agrees in writing and only upon payment of separate, additional charges, as determined by Graphipa. Graphipa reserves the unrestricted right to refuse the release of source files for any reason whatsoever, and such refusal shall not constitute a breach of service, deficiency, or grounds for any claim, dispute, refund, or compensation by the Client.
Graphipa retains the right to display, publish, or showcase the completed work in its portfolio, website, social media platforms, or promotional materials for branding and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. No Guarantee of Subjective Satisfaction
Design is a creative and subjective service. Disliking a design does not constitute a fault or deficiency in service. Graphipa does not guarantee personal taste satisfaction beyond the agreed scope.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Graphipa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is abusive, uncooperative, repeatedly changes requirements, or violates professional conduct.
